LADEN OR BALLAST SPEED AND CONSUMPTION FOR PERIOD OFWEATHER IN EXCESS OF BEAUFORT SCALE 3 IS TO BE EXPRESSLYEXCLUDED FROM CALCULATIONS.BIMCO FUEL SULPHUR CONTENT CLAUSE FOR TIME CHARTERPARTIES AS AMENDED FROM
TIME TO TIME, SHALL BE DEEMED TO BE INCORPORATED IN THIS CHARTER PARTY. FUELS OF DIFFERENT ORIGIN /PORT / GRADE / SUPPLIER TO BE STRICTLY SEPARATED BY VESSEL S TANKS ATTHE DISCRETION OF THE MASTER / CHIEF ENGINEER.
